Important Notice : The law of Hong Kong does not allow the sale of intoxicating liquor to a minor in the course of business. Any customer who orders alcoholic beverages online shall guarantee that he or she is 18 years of age or older and has the right to purchase such goods lawfully. Customers are required to ensure that any ineligible person is not allowed to use the customer's website to log into their account to purchase alcoholic beverages. If alcoholic beverages are included in the delivery items, they must be collected by a person aged 18 or above (with appropriate proof). If the above person is not present, the Company reserves the right to recover the goods and will attempt to re-deliver the goods at another agreed time.

All products have been purchased for personal consumption over many years from reliable and reputable suppliers.
All products have been stored in professional style facilities since purchase and have been shipped in temperature controlled containers.
Ullages of all wines offered are top shoulder or better, unless otherwise stated. Although we strive to find wines in their best condition, the Customer must make appropriate allowances for natural variations of ullages, conditions of cases, labels and corks for old wines. We do not accept return wines for any reason, including corked wines.

The Company shall make every effort to ensure that the prices, information and updates of our stores are made. The Company reserves the right to change the price of the goods without notice, and all orders must be made at the Company's discretion and accepted in accordance with the supply of inventory.
The Company shall make every effort to ensure the availability of goods in stores and shall have the right to provide substitutes for goods of the same type and price if any goods are not available to customers due to lack of supply.
All orders are subject to final confirmation subject to the availability of the goods in question. If the Company fails to provide any products or services that have been ordered, the Company reserves the right to refuse the order. If we are unable to provide any products or services on your order, we will notify you by telephone or email before the delivery date requested by you.

Pictures of products and stocks quantities are non contractual and may vary subject to availability.
We apologize in advance if despite our best efforts some product were to be out of stock or in transit from our supplier.
Prices are final.

Before you can order goods or services in an electronic store, you must register as a user of ours (online or otherly). At the time of registration, you are committed to:
Provide true, accurate, up-to-date and complete information about you as required;
Only you or the person you authorize can log into the e-Store using your username and password;
We have the absolute discretion to reject any new user's application and terminate any registered user without providing any reason.
If there are any changes to the data you have registered, you can log in to your account update or notify Liquor Customer Service immediately by phone or email to ensure that we are able to bring you the latest information.
If your account has not been used for a certain period of time (currently 3 years), in order to protect you and us, we will consider you no longer using the account and invalidate it.

Force Majeur: We will not be liable to the user or any third party for failing to accurately provide the products or services you require due to force majeur causes (including but not exclusively: natural disasters, fires, floods, accidents, riots, wars, government policies, embargoes, strikes, labor difficulties, equipment failures or any circumstances that we cannot control).

If any of these Terms and Conditions are interpreted as being illegal or invalid, such terms will be deleted without affecting the legality, validity or enforceability of the other provisions of these Terms and Conditions.
These Terms and Conditions contain all agreements between the parties and are taken as a substitute for all prior negotiations, statements, consensuses and agreements.
We reserve the right to notify you in advance at any time to modify, change or supplement all or any of the terms and conditions of these Terms and Conditions.
In the event of any dispute, we reserve the right to make the final decision.

By ordering products from us, you agree to make a purchase request to us in accordance with these Terms and Conditions. Upon receipt of your order, we will notify you and confirm receipt of the order. This response does not mean that we have accepted your order. We reserve the right to refuse to accept any order if we fail to provide any products or services that have been ordered, or if there is a payment problem or any other reason due to the credit card you are using. If we are unable to provide any products or services on your order, we will notify you by telephone or email.
Upon acceptance of your order request, we will confirm your acceptance with you and notify you of the time and date of delivery / pick-up in the physical store.

We reserve the right to charge interest for all overdue invoices at 5% additional to the Prime Rate set by Hong Kong Monetary Authority until the invoices are settled.

All sales and contracts are governed by the laws of Hong Kong SAR.
